Company History

 

1992

Chuan Ta King Enterprise Co. Ltd. (CTK) was founded and sold heavy-duty trailers' component parts.

 

1994

Funding was secured and the R&D department was established.

 

1996

CTK"implemented the own-brand product strategy and planning.

 

1997

Researched and designed the heavy-duty trailer's chassis and suspension system.

 

 

Obtained the patent on the CTK Mechanical-Lift Suspension System (I-type).

 

1998

CT The CTK Mechanical-Lift Suspension System (I-type) was introduced to the market.

 

1999

Received the patent for the CTK Noise Canceling Lightweight Suspension System.

 

2000

The CTK Noise-free Light-weight Suspension System was introduced to the market.

 

2002

Received the patent for the CTK Mechanical-Lift Suspension System (L-type).

 

2003

The CTK Mechanical-Lift Suspension System (L-type) was introduced to the market.

 

2005

Began the first stage of CTW own-branded axle's sampling.

 

2006

In preparation to construct the new plants.

 

 

Began the second stage of CTW own-branded axle's sampling.

 

2008

In preparation to establish the subsidiary company, Chuan Ta Way Enterprise Co. Ltd. (CTW) which focused on selling heavy-duty trailers' braking system and component parts.

 

 

The performance of the CTW's axle and braking system was being tested and measured at the Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC).

 

2009

Moved into the new plant.

 

 

Passed inspection at ARTC for vehicle regulation section 42 on dynamic braking and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection at Vehicle Safety Certification Center (VSCC) for vehicle regulation section 42 on dynamic braking and obtained the report.

 

2010

The air suspension system was introduced to the market and applied for related patents.

 

2012

Received patents for several own-branded air suspension systems from different countries.

 

 

Began sampling the Anti-Lock braking system (ABS).

 

2013

The performance of the ABS braking system was being tested and measured at the Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC).

 

 

Began to promote and market own-branded CTK suspension systems series to foreign markets.

 

2014 Jan – Jun

Passed inspection for vehicle regulation section 42, paragraph 2 on triaxial dynamic braking and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection for vehicle regulation section 43, paragraph 1 on triaxial ABS braking system and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection at VSCC for vehicle regulation section 42, paragraph 2 on triaxial dynamic braking and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection at VSCC for vehicle regulation section 43, paragraph 1 on triaxial ABS braking system and obtained the report.

 

2014 July – Dec

Passed inspection for vehicle regulation section 42, paragraph 2 on two-axles dynamic braking and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection for vehicle regulation section 43, paragraph 1 on two-axles ABS braking system and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection at VSCC for vehicle regulation section 42, paragraph 2 on two-axles dynamic braking and obtained the report.

 

 

Passed inspection at VSCC for vehicle regulation section 43, paragraph 1 on two-axles ABS braking system and obtained the report.

 

2015

Began to promote and market own-branded CTW axles and suspension systems series to foreign markets.
